Palos Verdes Police Officers Association
The PVPOA has endorsed Sandy Davidson and Jim Roos, and contributed $15,000 to a PAC to run ads and send mailers. It has spent about $12,000 so far — click here. California Taxpayer Protection Committee
Another filing for our election is from the California Taxpayer Protection Committee in Elverton, CA with Tomoas Hudson as Treasurer. For their Form 460 click here. They have taken $12,500 in contributions from these sources all outside PVE:

Pivot Strategies is a consulting firm in which Peter Constant is CEO. Mr. Constant is the consultant that supported the PVE Pension AdHoc which recently presented its report to PVE City Council; he is an ex-police officer, ex-head of union and 8 year San Jose City Council member. Form 460 (click here) and Form 496 (click here) for this group shows they have spent $2261.04 to “design, print and mail literature in opposition to Sandy Davidson.” This expenditure is paid for by the $2500 Pivot Strategies contribution to CTPC, and not by any of the PVE City Council Candidates.
